Job Description :Recruiters willing to be a part of our Recruitment team should have the following Skills as mentioned below. We are looking for Technical recruiters to support our Sales, Development, Support and Consulting Organizations. All positions are on a Direct Contract with Oracle Corporation
Desired Profile Role Description:
The potential Candidate would be responsible for end to end recruitment activities for a specific Business unit in Oracle Corp.
The role demands :-
Continuous interaction with the hiring managers on a regular basis.
Maintaining a healthy pipeline against the open positions,
Responsible for sourcing quality candidates directly in the market without any assistance from third party vendors .
Adaptability and flexibility to work on different requirements and work with different teams in Oracle Corp.
Able to withstand pressure and work towards closing all the open positions at the earliest.
Designation: Technical Recruiter/Recruiter/Employment Representative.
Exp: Min 3.0 years 6 years of Relevant Recruitment Experience.
Position Type: Third Party Employment on Deputation to Oracle India. (Benefits such as PF, Insurance, leave etc are applicable )
