Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits Asia Pacific based in Singapore, you will be responsible for:
Role Requirements
This role is pivotal to the success of the HR function and will require the successful person to:
Have very strong relationship building and influencing skills (this role is not just number crunching!!)
A proven ability to manage compensation & benefits issues
Be very organised with an ability to prioritise and push back when needed
Have demonstrated facilitation skills & strong excel skills
Desirable to have a background or studies in generalist HR
Hands-on and yet can lead strategic discussions on compensation issues with the senior leaders from the business
Key Responsibilities
Data submission and analysis of market and Oracle trends in salaries
Developing salary ranges for the India region
Educating HR Managers and Line Managers on specialist compensation/benefits issues
Managing a comprehensive array of benefits, including health plans, retirement plans, EAP, insurances & work/life balance initiatives
Managing, updating, communicating and amending an array of compensation & benefits policies
Manage all relationships with benefits providers
