HR Recruiter

Desired Profile: The candidate will have to take end to end ownership in recruiting high quality ITES talent conforming to established benchmarks and standards .

Minimum1- 3years experience in evaluating and hiring for frontline ITES/BPO positions
An indepth understanding of all dynamics impacting recruitment in the ITES industry while recruiting high quality talent .
Excellent communcation , people mangement and vendor management skills .
Exposure to hiring for Niche ITES backend processes like F&A, Insurance, Healthcare, will be preferred .
Ability to stretch, deliver results and strong number crunching skills.
Adherence to quality parameters and maintainance of high standard of service level Screening and shortlisting resumes based on pre-determined fitment parameters Evaluating and selecting candidates based on required competency / skill sets levels conforming to established quality standards

Co-ordination with all internal stake holders to close recruitment process

Negotiate and close offers based on internal guidelines

Tracking candidates postoffer and ensuring joining

Effectively meeting deadlines and targets Managing vendors and assuring timely completion of goals
